Privacy policy

This policy covers the Shopify app Nasolv Supplier Sync, operated by Nagy Solution. Last updated 5 October 2026.

The app reads stock levels from your supplier’s website or trade portal and writes them to your Shopify store, on a location of their own. To do that it reads your products, variants, SKUs and inventory, and writes inventory. It does not read your orders or your customers.

Your supplier login

Many supplier portals have no API, so the app signs in the way you do. You enter the username and password you use on your supplier’s website, after agreeing on the connect screen that the app may store them. They are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), together with the signed-in session, so the app does not have to sign in on every run.

A session-only option, where you sign in once inside the app and your password is never stored, is being built. This page will say so when it is available.

The login and session are decrypted only on our server, at the moment a sync runs. It is never shown, never logged, never returned to your browser, and never sent anywhere except your supplier’s own website.

What is stored

Your supplier’s name and web address, the encrypted session or login, which supplier item feeds which of your variants, the stock last written, and a log of what each sync did. Everything is keyed to your shop domain.

What is never collected

No names, emails, phone numbers or addresses of your customers. The app uses no analytics or advertising trackers and sells no data.

Deletion

Disconnecting a supplier deletes its login and session immediately. Uninstalling deletes every supplier login and session immediately as well. Shopify sends a shop/redact request 48 hours after uninstall, which removes everything else. You can request deletion at any time by emailing the address below.

Sub-processors

Your supplier is not a sub-processor: the app visits their website on your behalf, with your own account, the same way you would.
